What is the Opportunity?
As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the analytical needs of our Customer Success, Digital Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the GTM organization to deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines hands-on technical skills with business acumen to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and ensure customer success coverage is accurate and actionable.

What You’ll Do

  • Create dashboards and reporting for renewal and partner sales organizations to track bookings, pipeline, renewal rates, and other key metrics.

  • Build targeted customer lists for digital customer success outreach, including identifying accounts and specific contacts.

  • Support Customer Success teams with reporting to identify coverage opportunities and risks.

  • Develop dashboards for Sales to analyze opportunity wins and losses.

  • Ensure customer success team coverage is accurately tracked and maintained in Salesforce.

  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for the broader GTM organization.

What You’ll Bring to Omnissa

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business data analysis, reporting, or analytics roles.

  • Strong SQL querying skills, with the ability to produce raw data and publish Tableau data sources.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, IF, SUM, etc.).

  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS customer success operations and day-to-day processes.

  • Ability to design Tableau dashboards that are insightful, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

  • Experience working in Salesforce, with knowledge of reports and dashboards.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

The typical base salary range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,650.00 - $169,400.00 per year. This role may also be eligible for benefits and additional compensation, such as commission, bonuses, and equity.
