ABOUT THE ROLE:
Revenue Operations is the engine that keeps go-to-market running at Regal. We’re looking for a sharp, systems-savvy RevOps Analyst to help us scale faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and our executive team to support reporting, improve processes, and manage critical tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Clay.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to get under the hood of a fast-growing GTM engine. You’ll own core systems and reporting workflows that drive revenue today while helping build the operational foundation Regal needs to scale. Your work will directly shape how we grow, how we measure success, and how quickly we move.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and maintain Regal’s GTM stack: Salesforce, Clay, Salesloft, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships to ensure enrichments, routing, and workflows function correctly
- Build and maintain recurring reports/dashboards for Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership
- Troubleshoot data sync issues across systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, etc.)
- Support pipeline and bookings reporting in collaboration with Finance
- Own and manage the deal desk process for routing commercial documentation like customer contracts, amendments and NDAs to the appropriate signers
- Document processes and suggest opportunities for automation and improvementAssist in managing vendor tools and coordinating with Finance on license renewals
ABOUT YOU
- 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, or business systems roles
- Salesforce expert and comfortable using GTM tools like Salesloft, Clari, or Clay
- Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and working with dataProficient with Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas and basic data manipulation
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to CRM hygiene and logic
- Eager to learn and grow into a more senior RevOps role
- Collaborative and comfortable working across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance
- Plus: Salesforce certification and/or experience with Looker, Tableau, SQL

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:
This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F.
