Key Revenue Roles and Areas of Expertise

  • Account Executive: Present and demonstrate software solutions, highlighting technical features and integration capabilities; gather feedback from clients to contribute to product development and improvement; collaborate with other members of the sales team to develop strategies that address client needs and close deals
  • Sales Development Representative: Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calls and emails to book meetings; qualifying prospects and generate a steady pipeline for our sales team; use Salesforce to track leads and manage sales activities; stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive intelligence 
  • Relationship Manager: Proactive at identifying and motivating channel partners; drive channel sales to meet and/or exceed revenue goals
  • Revenue Operations Manager: Analyze and optimize the full sales funnel to increase conversion rates, accelerate the sales cycle, and drive more closed revenue from both inbound and outbound sources; streamline sales workflows and automate repetitive tasks to reduce friction and speed up deal cycles

Must haves

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Proficiency with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A customer-first attitude with a deep desire to solve real business problems
  • Motivation to achieve performance targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge or experience in the startup space or fintech market is a plus
