Summary
Artera’s Revenue Operations team is seeking a new Revenue Systems Administrator I (Salesforce Administrator). You will report directly into our Manager of Revenue Systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team of administrators in executing some of our biggest projects that will impact the whole business, but specifically our Customer Experience (CX) organization. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen that cares deeply about delivering excellent internal customer service. The right person for this role is someone who is looking to make an impact on an organization and is excited about the opportunity to transform our Salesforce instance.
Responsibilities
- Customize and maintain the Salesforce platform by managing page layouts, validation rules, record types, security settings, and building process automation via Flow
- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Provide ongoing support by resolving user requests for user management, reports and dashboards, and platform bugs
- Maintain technical documentation for new and updated Salesforce settings and customization
- Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather business requirements
- Assist in identifying solutions that best meet business requirements and enable improved process efficiencies, with an emphasis on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Identify where and how to improve and streamline pre-existing configuration
- Manage Salesforce integrations with external tools such as Groove, Gong, Formstack, Clari
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience with managing Salesforce for a SaaS organization
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with or has assisted in translating business needs into technical requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience with Salesforce configuration including, but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Proactive problem-solver that takes initiative and applies critical thinking to determine potential solutions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Mindset of innovation, welcomes change, and is solution-oriented
- Strong team player, holds self and others accountable
Bonus
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications
- Previous experience working in a Customer Support role, or has supported the Customer Support function from a Salesforce perspective
- Gainsight experience

- Within 30 days you will… Get to know your stakeholders, start to understand their job functions’ and their processes. Learn our Salesforce org customization and become familiar with our synced external tools.
- Within 60 days you will… Start to take over CX requests and build the configuration necessary to fulfill the requested needs. Start to own stakeholder management conversations. Identify underutilized functionalities and present suggested improvements.
- Within 90 days you will… Create or suggest a new or improved version of a current large initiative that supports CX. Own the configuration required to meet the solution determined by the RevOps team.
