About Clipboard

Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.

Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.

The Revenue Strategy & Growth Associate role is a generalist position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities.

You’re likely someone with an analytical mind who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types. You’re a critical thinker, resourceful, adaptable and confident that you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough. These are the ingredients for a problem solver who is eager to flex into multiple types of projects and responsibilities, depending on what’s needed and most impactful.

You will:

  • Own a project from framing through delivery, owning the analysis, recommendation, the rollout, and the outputs.

  • Build systems and automations that improve how a workstream runs.

  • Partner with cross functional teams to implement changes.

  • Track and publicly report on the results of your work.

What you bring:

  • Solid analytical and modeling skills

  • Project ownership. You can scope, sequence, and deliver without close oversight.

  • Translate analysis into a recommendation. You don’t just stop at the chart.

  • Strong, reliable communication.

Experience

  • 0-2 years in S&O, analytics, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary

  • Insurance benefits and 401k options

  • Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays

  • Remote-first flexibility

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
