We’re seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Revenue Planning & Programs Lead to drive cross-functional revenue initiatives across our GTM organization. You'll partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Systems to design, implement, and optimize programs that directly impact pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable working in ambiguity, who can break down complex business problems, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into operational execution. You’ll move fluidly between data analysis, process design, and systems implementation to ensure our GTM teams can scale efficiently.

  • Measure impact and iterate on new operational programs

Operating Environment

This role balances structured program ownership with fast-moving business needs. You will:

  • Respond to high-priority questions with clear analysis and recommendations

  • Shift between long-term initiatives and immediate revenue-impacting work

  • Bring structure to ambiguous requests

  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Success in this role requires strong judgment, independence, and disciplined execution.

Who You Are:
  • A minimum of 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar

  • Strong Excel/modeling skills (SQL a plus)

  • Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to influence without authority

  • Understanding of sales motions (SMB / Enterprise preferred)

  • Curious, humble, and execution-oriented

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
