About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help drive smarter, data-informed go-to-market decisions across our sales organization. This person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps leadership to optimize pipeline generation, improve data quality, surface actionable buying signals, and empower the sales team with insights that accelerate revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into GTM data, improving operational efficiency, and partnering closely with revenue teams to help them perform at a high level. You should be equally comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and operating independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

What You'll Do
  • Analytics

    • Analyze GTM and sales data to identify trends, buying signals, pipeline opportunities, and areas for optimization across the sales funnel

    • Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to provide actionable insights that improve outbound targeting, prospecting efficiency, and conversion rates

    • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and operational workflows that provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics

  • Data Quality

    • Audit, clean, and maintain CRM data (Salesforce) on an ongoing basis e.g. deduplication, data normalization, field hygiene, and building processes to keep it clean going forward

  • Tech Stack Administration

    • Manage and support key GTM tools and vendor relationships, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other sales enablement platforms

    • Identify gaps in processes, systems, or data integrity and proactively implement scalable solutions

    • Salesforce Administration: Manage and evolve fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and user permissions

  • Process Improvement

    • Support territory planning, lead routing, enrichment strategies, and sales process improvements

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across the revenue organization

    • Document what you build for enablement and scaling systems

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or a related analytical role

  • Strong experience working within Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, workflows, and data management

  • Experience working with GTM tools and vendors such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of sales funnel metrics, outbound motions, pipeline management, and GTM analytics

  • Demonstrated experience cleaning, uploading and maintaining CRM data at scale utilizing tools like Datagroomr

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights

  • Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment while also being highly collaborative and team-oriented

  • Positive, driven attitude with a genuine desire to help the sales team succeed

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Bonus: Experience supporting SaaS or high-growth startup sales organizations

  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Dataloader

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 USD

  • Medical, Dental & Vision: 100% covered

  • PTO: 28 days

  • Remote-First Culture: Work from anywhere in the U.S. or canada

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
