Cimulate is an AI-native eCommerce search and discovery platform built on cutting-edge LLM technology. We help commerce brands deliver radically better shopping experiences—faster, more relevant, and easier to manage—by understanding context rather than relying on brittle rules-based personalization. Backed by top investors and founded by a team who’ve already built and sold another commerce startup (Celect to Nike), we’re now building the future of contextual commerce, and we’re just getting started.
The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, high-performing RevOps Manager to join our growing go-to-market team. As one of the early sales hires, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our sales motion and metrics. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the GTM Tech Stack: Select, implement, and optimize our sales and marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics).
- Define & Track Metrics: Build the KPIs that show how healthy our funnel is—spot bottlenecks and fix them fast.
- Turn Data into Action: Create dashboards, reports, and insights that drive better decisions and faster revenue growth.
- Align Sales & Marketing: Ensure seamless lead flow, accurate attribution, and tight reporting across teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in RevOps/Sales Ops, with early-stage startup experience.
- Strong CRM/automation chops (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) + BI/reporting tools.
- Data-driven thinker who thrives on building from zero to one.
- Collaborative partner who can influence across teams and move fast in ambiguity.
Why Join Us:
- Build the RevOps function from scratch—you’ll own it end to end.
- Direct line of impact: what you do will shape our growth trajectory.
