Position Overview

Bobyard is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the systems behind our go-to-market motion. You’ll own the infrastructure that ties together HubSpot, Equals, Clay, Lemlist, and our broader GTM data stack; building the systems and analyzing the data that flows through them to fuel growth.

This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who can both architect and analyze, connecting systems, digging into data, and using insights to optimize how we sell, retain, and grow. You’ll blend technical execution, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving to help leadership make smarter, faster business decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and architect HubSpot - building workflows, automations, data models, and integrations that power Sales, CS, and Marketing.

  • Design scalable systems that create real-time visibility into revenue and performance.

  • Build reporting and dashboards in Equals for ARR, NRR, conversion rates, pipeline health, commissions, and GTM efficiency.

  • Connect and manage GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, SerpApi, etc.) into a unified, insight-driven data ecosystem.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive smarter decisions across sales, retention, and growth.

  • Automate and optimize processes - eliminating manual work and deploying growth hacks that accelerate conversion and scale.

Desired Attributes

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems Architecture at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

  • Deep expertise in HubSpot (custom objects, workflows, integrations, and reporting).

  • Strong SQL and data-analysis skills - comfortable turning data into insights and recommendations.

  • Experience with tools like Equals, Clay, Lemlist, or SerpApi (or similar GTM platforms).

  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented, analytical mindset — you see how systems and data drive performance.

  • Hands-on builder - you thrive in the weeds, but design for scale.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus equity options (target $130k - $160k base + equity).

  • Opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team.

  • Build a massive company.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in San Francisco. We’re looking for people with exceptional learning velocity and follow-through. If you can build and execute systems that move as fast as our market, and do so with precision and impact, we want to work with you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
