The Opportunity:

The Revenue Operations Manager supports the operational, analytical, and reporting needs of the Revenue Operations & Planning team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate data, supporting sales operations processes, and producing insights that help drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to learn the foundations of revenue operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze trends in bookings, revenue, and market dynamics. Assess demand patterns and the competitive landscape to understand customer behavior and competitor strategies.

  • Run yield management reports and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain and update internal databases, dashboards, and documentation to ensure accurate and consistent information across go-to-market (GTM) teams.

  • Support pricing operations by updating rate cards, tracking changes, and compiling market feedback.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses on revenue performance, pipeline activity, and key GTM metrics.

  • Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to gather inputs for forecasting and KPI tracking.

  • Build and maintain recurring reports in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools to support leadership decision-making.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to monitor sales process effectiveness and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Support CRM initiatives by assisting with data hygiene, reporting enhancements, and documentation of workflow updates.

  • Provide administrative and analytical support on GTM projects, including rate card maintenance, pricing analysis, and campaign tracking.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership and cross-functional meetings.

  • Learn and apply internal tools, systems, and processes related to revenue management, forecasting, and sales operations.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.

  • Ability to organize and analyze large data sets and present findings clearly.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow within a data-driven, cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience in Ad Tech, Digital Media, or related industries is a plus.
