About Firebolt

Firebolt is a cloud data warehouse built for the speed, scale, and flexibility required by modern Data & AI applications. By delivering ultra-low latency, high concurrency, and multi-dimensional elasticity, Firebolt enables teams to build data-intensive AI products that perform at scale. Backed by over $270M in funding and led by a world-class engineering team and experienced leadership, Firebolt is redefining AI data infrastructure and helping companies unlock the full potential of their data. As we continue to expand across global markets, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead our GTM operations across the US.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with regional Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue efficiency, scale processes, and enable data-informed decision-making. You’ll report into our global RevOps team and be the operational backbone of our regional go-to-market motion.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Regional GTM Operations: Own day-to-day sales and customer success operations for the US - from lead flow to renewal.
  • Salesforce & Systems: Administer and optimize Salesforce for the region, ensuring data accuracy, reporting readiness, and process adherence.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Hygiene: Support regional forecasting cadences with reliable data and drive accountability for pipeline cleanliness.
  • Territory & Account Planning: Build and maintain logical territory assignments and segmentation models to ensure fair coverage and prioritization.
  • Enablement & Adoption: Partner with GTM leadership to train and onboard teams on operational best practices, tools, and dashboards.
  • Process & Workflow Optimization: Identify regional inefficiencies and design workflows that scale across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Data & Insights: Deliver key performance dashboards and insights that empower regional teams to act quickly and strategically.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a regional connector between Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal – ensuring alignment on planning, tooling, and performance metrics.

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth startup.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM and GTM tech stack tools like Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, and CPQ platforms.
  • Solid understanding of multi-regional go-to-market models and how to adapt global strategy for local execution.
  • Analytical mindset – confident working with large datasets to drive insights and influence decisions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in remote-first environments across multiple time zones.

Why Firebolt?

At Firebolt, we’re not just building technology - we’re reshaping how modern companies access and use data. You’ll join a global team of bold thinkers and builders, where speed, ownership, and impact are part of the culture. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want to shape how we scale internationally, we’d love to meet you.

At Firebolt, we are dedicated to fostering an environment of transparency and fairness in all aspects of our operations, including compensation practices. As part of this commitment, we provide clear visibility into the pay range for each role within our organization.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
