Key Responsibilities:
Custom Product Architecture: Architect and build scalable, custom-built quoting, pricing, and ticketing solutions natively within Sales Cloud, minimizing technical debt while maximizing functionality.
UI/UX Transformation: Design and deploy advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) that mimic the speed and inline-editing capabilities of spreadsheets, creating an interface that business teams want to use.
AI & API Integrations: Lead the integration of internal and external AI capabilities to drive predictive forecasting, intelligent routing, data enrichment, and upsell signaling.
Declarative & Programmatic Synergy: Partner with our highly capable, Flow-proficient Sales Ops team. Write modular, “Invocable Apex” that empowers the Ops team to trigger complex code and AI calls directly from their declarative Flows.
DevOps & Best Practices: As our founding developer, establish standard Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including source control (Git), deployment pipelines, and strict code-review standards to ensure org stability as we scale.
Performance Optimization: Ensure all custom code adheres strictly to Salesforce governor limits, prioritizing bulkification and system performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of programmatic development in Salesforce, with a strong portfolio of building complex, custom applications from scratch.
Front-End Experience: Experience within Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build responsive, custom user interfaces.
Back-End & Integration: Expertise in Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, REST/SOAP APIs) and integrating external web services or AI models into Salesforce.
Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, standard object leveraging, and the ability to design complex database structures that perform at scale.
