Our Company

We give business owners advantages they’ve never experienced before. Our Team
Our team consists of remarkable individuals with incredible stories. Our backgrounds vary from technology, liberal arts, public relations, grad school, and a variety of other experiences. We learn fast, adapt quickly to change, and juggle multiple responsibilities. We’re friends, we’re committed to what we do, and we’re committed to each other. Sound appealing? We think so.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Engineer to own the systems that power our go-to-market engine. Our stack includes Salesforce (with CPQ), HubSpot, and Planhat, spanning the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation through sales, onboarding, customer success, and renewal.
You’ll own the end-to-end revenue data architecture — designing how data flows between systems, building and maintaining integrations, creating automations that scale, and ensuring our go-to-market teams have the tools and processes they need to operate efficiently.
This is a hands-on, technically oriented role. You’ll be equally comfortable configuring Salesforce flows and writing API scripts to handle bulk data operations. We’re an AI-forward company and expect you to be as well — leveraging tools like Claude, Claude Code, and similar to accelerate your work.

Responsibilities & Duties
•  Revenue systems administration —  Salesforce (including CPQ), HubSpot, and Planhat. Configuration, customization, user management, and ongoing optimization.
•  Integrations and data flow —  Building, maintaining, and monitoring the connections between systems using native tools, iPaaS platforms, or custom scripts.
•  Automations and workflow design —  Salesforce flows, HubSpot workflows, Planhat playbooks. Ensuring proper governance, including cost management for AI/ML features.
•  Data operations and migrations —  Bulk imports, exports, deduplication, enrichment, and system-to-system migrations via API, scripting, or data loader tools.
•  Process design and optimization —  Translating business requirements from revenue team leaders into system configuration, and proactively identifying inefficiencies.
•  Data analysis and reporting —  Building reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights — including leading indicators such as engagement trends, adoption patterns, and early churn signals — to support data-driven decision-making across revenue teams.
•  Update and maintain system configurations, workflows, and integrations following defined processes to ensure efficient data management.
•  Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
•  Keep up-to-date on industry trends, platform releases, and best practices across the revenue technology landscape.
•  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
Required
•  3+ years administering and configuring Salesforce, including the data model, object relationships, flows, and permission structures. CPQ experience strongly preferred.
•  Demonstrated ability to work with APIs — reading documentation, writing scripts against REST endpoints, troubleshooting integrations. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar.
•  Strong judgment on when to automate vs. when to execute manually. You know when a repeatable workflow justifies the investment and when a one-time script or brute-force approach is the smarter call. Working smarter, not just harder.
•  Experience using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate technical work. We’re an AI-native team and expect this role to leverage AI daily.
•  Experience creating AI agents or AI-powered workflows to automate business processes.
•  Track record executing data migrations between SaaS systems — scoping, field mapping, transformation, validation, and rollback planning.
•  Experience translating business requirements from go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) into system configuration. You understand the revenue lifecycle, not just individual tools.
•  Highly self-motivated and dependable. Resourceful and versatile.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable explaining tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and pushing back constructively when needed.
•  Strong time management and organizational abilities.
•  Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Strongly Preferred
•  Experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub).
•  Experience with a customer success platform (Planhat, Gainsight, ChurnZero, Vitally, or similar).
•  Understanding of B2B SaaS revenue processes and workflows — lead routing, opportunity management, quote-to-cash, customer handoff, onboarding, renewal cycles.
•  Data analysis and interpretation skills — ability to analyze customer and revenue data, identify trends and patterns (e.g. churn risk indicators, adoption signals), and translate findings into operational recommendations.
•  SQL proficiency for ad hoc data analysis and reporting.
•  Familiarity with data governance — deduplication strategies, field-level hygiene, naming conventions, change management.
•  Experience working in SaaS or software environment.
•  Experience with aftermarket auto repair clients.

Compensation & Benefits
•  Competitive Base Salary
•  4 Weeks Paid Time Off
•  7 Days Paid Sick Time
•  1 Birthday Day Annually
•  1 Floating Holiday
•  7 Paid Holidays + Annual Holiday Break
•  Annual Anniversary Bonus
•  401k
•  Family, Medical & Bereavement Leave
•  Employee Assistance Program
•  Employee Work-Life Wellness Program
•  Remote Employee Reimbursement Program
•  Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability
•  Kukui Active (50% paid gym membership up to $100)
•  Team Building Events
•  LinkedIn Learning Partner
•  Employee Referral Bonus

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
