What you'll do:
- Data aggregation and cleansing: locate, extract, and gather data from disparate systems.
- Data Analysis: analyze sales trends and customer behavior data to identify patterns.
- Data Integrity Audits: Review the organization’s data across systems (CRM, MAP, ERP, and productivity tools) to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Adhere to data governance policies, striving to enrich and maintain the organizations systems
- Visualized Reporting: create and maintain Go-to-Market reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics, sales performance and activities.
- Identify Trends & Growth Opportunities: monitor business trends to identify areas of exploration and improvement.
- Pro-actively dig into the data, solving business challenges using insights from our quantitative data sources
- General Sales Operations Support: Additional tasks as assigned.
What it takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Applied Mathematics, Data Science
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Proficient working knowledge of common industry tools
- CRM (Salesforce.com, Hubspot)
- Experience with at least one BI Tool (Looker, Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Understanding of data architecture, tools like: R, Lucid Charts, Sisense, ER Studio, SQL Workbench, understanding of business metrics, with data interpretation skills.
- Proactive mindset, highly motivated, and adaptable to change.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities.
- Deep understanding of revenue operations frameworks and unified revenue strategy.
- Project management mindset for effective ownership of multiple concurrent workstreams and initiatives.
- Ability to influence and educate colleagues in support of standardization, optimization, and adoption.
