Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!

The Role

We're looking for a data-driven, dedicated Revenue Operations Analyst to help contribute to and influence our continued success. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the revenue organization to provide actionable insights into performance across the entire customer lifecycle. Your work will directly enable our teams to optimize efficiency and influence how, when, and where Medely expands across the country.

The ideal candidate possesses strong business and financial acumen, broad technical skills, and expertise in sales and marketing. This is a hands-on position - we are looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and dive deep into the data to drive results.

The Impact You’ll Make:
  • Metrics & Reporting: Architect, develop, and regularly produce key metrics, reporting, and actionable insights to evaluate and optimize the performance of revenue teams across the customer lifecycle

  • Quantitative Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand root causes, identify blind spots, and improve detection of growth opportunities

  • Advanced Scenario Modeling: Build and maintain complex, multi-variable financial and operational models in Excel and Google Sheets. You will create "what-if" scenarios for commission changes, territory shifts, and headcount planning that allow leadership to see the ripple effects of every decision

  • Data Enrichment & Automation: Leverage tools like Clay and AI workflows to automate lead enrichment, sharpen account targeting, and scale outbound operations for the go-to-market teams

  • Operational Audit & Integrity: Act as the "source of truth" for the business. You will perform deep-dive audits of workflow, commission calculations, and funnel conversion to identify and fix data gaps before they impact the bottom line

  • Drive Business Change: Develop a strong understanding of the business to identify core focus areas and build trust with cross-functional partners

Who You Are:
  • Analytical Experience: 3–5 years in revenue operations, investment banking, business analytics, or a similar environment where decision-making depends on your data accuracy

  • Expert-Level Spreadsheet Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills and comfortable with complex formulas and nested logic

  • Salesforce & GTM Literacy: Deep understanding of how CRM objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) relate to one another and how those relationships manifest in data and reporting. You are comfortable with Salesforce reporting and dashboards

  • Attention to Detail: A "troubleshooter" mindset with experience validating commissions, auditing workflows, and ensuring reporting accuracy to prevent data gaps

  • Large-Scale Data Handling: Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources

  • Communication: Proven ability to earn trust with stakeholders and challenge the status quo through data-backed insights

  • Education: Background in Finance, Economics, or Business Analytics is preferred

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience building visualizations in Tableau

  • Proficiency in SQL

  • Exposure to Clay or similar AI-powered data orchestration platforms

Why Medely: Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and performance

  • Long-term Incentives: 401k

  • Healthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexibility: We believe that work/life balance is important, so we offer flexible and unlimited PTO

  • Paid parental leave

  • Purpose: Join a growing mission-oriented startup that is modernizing the healthcare industry nationally!

  • Ownership: Drive meaningful business impact on a team you’ll help build and define!

  • Remote: Work in a digital environment with all the tools to achieve your work as though you were in the office!

We're an equal opportunity employer to all. We interview and hire applicants of all backgrounds, orientations, expressions, and identities.

Work location is flexible if approved by Medely.

We consider any resume (CV) or biography received from an agency or outside recruiter without prior approval from a member of the Medely Human Resources or Recruiting team to be unsolicited and gratuitous, and such submissions will not be recognized by Medely for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
