About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will focus on maximizing yield, reaching client KPIs, and delivering on digital campaign commitments. They’ll also partner with Sales, Account Strategy, Paid Media, and AdOps to drive the success of advertising campaigns by providing data-driven insights supporting proposal submissions and campaign optimizations.
This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day campaign operations, including inventory forecasting, pricing and margin review, product solutions, campaign pacing, key performance indicator optimizations, monthly billing, and post-campaign analysis. This analyst will specialize in the Food/Bev, Home/CPG, and Retail verticals and will help develop best practices that meet these industry’s specific challenges. An ideal candidate is self-motivated and demonstrates excellent analytical and written communication skills.
Schedule Requirements:
Hybrid 3x a week- (New York/Des Moines)
In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.
About The Team | The Team and/or Brand:
The Revenue Operations team partners with Sales, Account Strategy and AdOps to drive the success of advertising campaigns by providing data-driven insights supporting proposal submissions and campaign optimizations.
About The Position’s Contributions:
Weight % Accountabilities, Actions, and Expected Measurable Results
Work with sales teams on all proposals including initial brainstorm with group to review RFP and suggest ad packages to meet client KPI’s
Check inventory availability and/or suggest appropriate inventory that is available and will meet objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and revenue recognition. Be a team player and assist in problem solving with internal partners on AdOps, Account Strategy, Sales and Paid Media Teams
Review internal order system (O1) for accuracy of what they purchased, dollar amounts and all terms/conditions
Monitor all sold/running campaigns to ensure proper set-up and delivery vs. 3rd party reporting
Optimize campaigns throughout the lifecycle of the campaign to meet both KPIs and benchmarks (including viewability where appropriate)
Ad-hoc performance analysis (CTR, viewability, etc) of sites, ad units, placements, etc
Lead complex data analysis projects, offering insights to drive revenue growth and process improvement
Take ownership of revenue-related projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution
Develop and maintain advanced reporting structures for comprehensive revenue performance analysis
Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, ensuring their professional development
The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
1+ years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad tech
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
Excel, Doubleclick, Google Ad Manager, Looker, Salesforce, Order Management Systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
High level of curiosity & initiative
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
