About Us

BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world's preferred monetary network. We believe Bitcoin opens the door to a global monetary network free from poor incentives, censorship, and government manipulation. Our journey to success involves decades of complex problem-solving, product development, and service creation in order to onboard billions of people into a future where money is more accessible, borderless, and inclusive. If you enjoy working on challenging problems, fast-paced sprints, and navigating ambiguity, you'll find our mission and type of work inspiring and rewarding.

The Role

You’ll be joining our Sales team at the center of BTC Inc.’s B2B go-to-market engine, where partners across Events, Media, and BFC rely on accurate pipeline data, clear processes, and actionable insights to move fast and win. We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst who will serve as the systems-and-insights backbone for Sales, owning the day-to-day health of HubSpot and connected tools, turning data into clear, actionable insights for leadership, and guiding small-to-mid-size projects from ideation through adoption. By pairing meticulous execution with business-first thinking, you’ll work alongside the Director of Revenue Operations and SDR leadership to drive strategy and unlock scale through clean data, reliable reporting, and process optimization.

The Work
  • HubSpot ownership: Administer workflows, automations, properties, pipelines, and user management. Build, QA, and iterate configurations for five core teams. Build and run a Rev Ops PM hub to track all HubSpot requests, cross‑team collaboration, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Data hygiene: Define standards, clean records, deduplicate, and enforce naming standards so reporting is trustworthy and self‑serve where possible.
  • Reporting and dashboards: Prioritize requests, build reusable dashboards, and curate executive views for team performance, pipeline health, and trend visibility.
  • Insights for decisions: Translate data into clear recommendations that inform coaching, territory tweaks, forecasting inputs, and GTM strategy.
  • Project management: Own small-to-mid projects end-to-end, drive alignment, timelines, communications, and adoption across Sales and partner teams.
  • Cross-team support: Serve as the go-to for CRM questions and issues across Sales, Marketing, Programming and Production, and other HubSpot users.
  • Content and enablement: Maintain a Sales Hub in Notion/Motion, organize sales content with Marketing, and measure its effectiveness.
  • Stack integrations: Maintain and optimize related tools and integrations such as Surfe, Sales Navigator, Airtable, QuickBooks, G Suite, Box, and Slack.
Your Experience
  • HubSpot expertise: Hands-on admin experience with workflows, pipeline design, system configuration and optimization, and reporting. You build and debug quickly without sacrificing quality, while staying aligned to our north star.
  • Analytical rigor: Comfortable structuring ambiguous questions, defining metrics, and producing insights that change decisions and behavior.
  • Detail orientation: High personal bar for accuracy and follow-through. You notice edge cases and close loops.
  • Systems thinker: Sees beyond the platform to how processes, incentives, and handoffs actually work across Sales, Marketing, and Account Management.
  • Project driver: Proven ability to plan, communicate, and ship small-to-mid size ops initiatives on time with stakeholder alignment.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal updates, crisp dashboards, and practical enablement for non-technical users.
  • Tool belt: Experience with one or more of Surfe, Sales Navigator, Airtable, QuickBooks, G Suite, Box, Slack. Comfortable learning new tools fast.
  • Nice to have: Exposure to territory design, forecasting inputs, and GTM analytics for B2B motions.
  • Mindset: Calm under ambiguity, collaborative, curious, and biased toward action. A “right-hand” operator who can execute and think ahead.
  • Bitcoin context: Familiarity with the Bitcoin ecosystem and genuine enthusiasm for our mission of hyperbitcoinization.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
