About the Role

You will support our finance organization and be a driver of revenue growth. Working closely with sales and account management leadership, you will ensure quotas are met, we have efficient and scalable commissions processes in place, and define a path for short-term and long-term growth.

Your Area of Focus

  • The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing the commissions and operations of our sales development, account executives, account management, and billing company representatives.
  • The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a key partner to our sales and account management executive leadership to drive the success of the organization and Tebra’s revenue growth. 
  • This role will lead strategic initiatives across the organization in partnership with sales and account management leadership. Responsibilities include defining and tracking key performance metrics to evaluate success, providing recommendations to enhance sales performance through compensation strategies and special incentives, and collaborating with enablement, business systems, and other cross-functional teams to drive the evolution of the sales and account management organization.
  • In addition to their role in guiding the organization strategically, the Revenue Operations Analyst will also support the day-to-day needs of the sales and account management teams. Key responsibilities include managing sales quotas, forecasting, and compensation administration, as well as overseeing territory planning, process training, and compliance enforcement.
  • The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with sales and account management leadership to ensure that appropriate objectives and priorities are set and there is alignment across the organization as a whole.

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytical role and strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Suite proficient
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
  • You are a structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • You have experience optimizing sales and account management teams
  • You have a track record of partnering with leadership teams to set strategy and drive change initiatives
  • You have some experience in commissions calculations and are able to understand sales trends based on comp
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience preferred but not required
  • You have demonstrated expertise working with Salesforce, Tableau or other reporting tools

Remote Pay Range

$75,000$83,000 USD
