We are a modern IoT-enabled cloud-based tool for reliability, safety, and operations on physical equipment and facilities. MaintainX powers operational excellence for 12,000+ businesses including Duracell, Univar Solutions Inc., Titan America, McDonald's, Brenntag, Cintas, Xylem, and Shell.

We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion.

The Revenue Onboarding Program Manager will play a key role in the next evolution of MaintainX’s New Hire University (NHU) program. As we transition to a new bootcamp-style learning experience, you’ll partner closely with the existing NHU Program Manager to bring this vision to life—helping to design, operationalize, and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for all revenue roles.

Beyond onboarding, this role will help us shape everboarding and role promotion enablement—building structured programs that help team members continuously develop their skills and prepare for the next step in their careers. You’ll be deeply involved in the design and delivery of learning experiences, from facilitating bootcamp sessions to developing content and measuring impact. This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on driving engagement, organization, and continuous learning across a fast-growing go-to-market team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Sales Leadership and Enablement team to execute and enhance the new bootcamp-style NHU program for all revenue roles.
  • Collaborate on the structure, content, and delivery of NHU bootcamps, ensuring sessions are engaging, consistent, and aligned with sales and customer success goals.
  • Serve as a facilitator and coach during onboarding sessions, supporting new hires through hands-on learning, skill practice, and feedback.
  • Design and manage everboarding programs that reinforce key skills post-onboarding through refreshers, advanced workshops, and certifications.
  • Build and oversee internal role promotion enablement programs (e.g., XDR → AE), ensuring readiness and skill alignment for career progression.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation leaders to ensure program content reflects current tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Maintain and evolve enablement resources—including LMS content, playbooks, and workshop materials—to support ongoing development.
  • Track and analyze performance data and feedback to continuously improve NHU, everboarding, and promotion programs.
  • Work closely with the broader Revenue Enablement team to align onboarding, ongoing enablement, and manager development initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS, and Implementation leaders to ensure NHU content reflects current processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Analyze new hire performance data and onboarding feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support ongoing enablement and everboarding initiatives in collaboration with the broader Revenue Enablement team.

About You:

  • You’re a natural facilitator and coach who thrives in front of a room and knows how to create engaging, memorable learning experiences.
  • You’re highly collaborative and love partnering with peers to bring programs to life—especially when you can turn a strategic vision into an operational reality.
  • You have a passion for onboarding, skill development, and career growth, and you’re energized by helping others ramp quickly and succeed long-term.
  • You’re organized and proactive, able to manage multiple enablement programs simultaneously while keeping every detail on track.
  • You’re curious and data-minded, using feedback and performance insights to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • You’re a builder at heart—you enjoy creating structure, content, and systems that scale across teams.

Your Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, L&D, or related field, ideally within SaaS.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling world-class onboarding and everboarding programs across multiple roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (AE, AM, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).
  • Expertise in enablement program design, learning measurement, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience managing learning content in LMS platforms (WorkRamp a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Gong/Chorus, and common GTM tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Scratchpad, ChiliPiper).
  • Experience in CMMS, B2B SaaS startups, or growth-stage companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product, communications, org development, education, or a related field is a plus.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity opportunities.
  • Healthcare, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) / RRSP enrolment program.
  • Take what you need PTO.
  • A Work Culture where:
    • You’ll work alongside folks across the globe that reflect the MaintainX values, Smart Humble Optimist.
    • We believe in meritocracy, where ideas and effort are publicly celebrated.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
