What we are looking for
We are seeking an analytical and proactive Vacation Rental Revenue Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help maximize revenue across a growing portfolio of luxury vacation homes by executing daily pricing optimizations and responding swiftly to market trends. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in revenue management for short-term rentals, loves digging into data, and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. You should be eager to roll up your sleeves to implement pricing strategies while providing insight to inform broader strategy.

- Detail orientation: Precision in managing rates and availability; you sweat the details and catch anomalies that others might miss.
- Bias for execution: A get-it-done attitude – you reliably translate analysis into action, adjusting tactics quickly to capitalize on demand.
- Strong communication: Ability to clearly explain pricing decisions and revenue results to team members, homeowners, or other stakeholders as needed.

- Daily Pricing Execution: Manage and update nightly rates, stay restrictions, and availability using our proprietary pricing tool.
- Market Monitoring: Track booking trends, local events, and competitor pricing to stay ahead of demand shifts.
- Yield Management: Adjust minimum stays, length-of-stay rules, and channel strategies to maximize revenue.
- Performance Analysis: Review key metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing) to identify trends and optimize performance.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Generate revenue forecasts and deliver regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- New Listing Setup: Set initial pricing, seasonal calendars, and revenue projections for new properties.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with operations and homeowner success teams on pricing strategy and owner communications.
- Continuous Improvement: Share on-the-ground insights to refine tools, processes, and overall revenue strategy.
