The Revenue Insights & Planning Manager is a key member of our Revenue Operations team, responsible for turning data into actionable insights and ensuring our sales organization is set up for success. This role blends analytics, forecasting, and planning to give leadership the visibility needed to grow effectively. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to provide trusted reporting, accurate forecasting, and forward-looking coverage models.

Job Responsibilities:

Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline health, win rates, cycle times, and rep productivity

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer sales leadership questions (e.g., where deals stall, competitor trends, rep performance)

  • Define and monitor core GTM KPIs across the revenue funnel

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM and BI tools

Forecasting & Planning

  • Run the weekly/quarterly forecasting process in partnership with Sales and Finance leaders

  • Develop pipeline coverage models and scenario planning to assess attainment risk

  • Support annual planning: territory carving, account assignments, and quota design

  • Provide board-level reporting and executive summaries on revenue performance and outlook

Collaboration & Process

  • Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Marketing Ops to ensure alignment on data definitions and reporting

  • Partner with Enablement and Process leaders to turn insights into improved GTM execution

  • Provide thought partnership to leadership on growth strategy, backed by data

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or FP&A

  • Proven Salesforce and BI tool expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

  • Extensive B2B SaaS experience required and related K-12 EdTech industry experience highly preferred

  • Proven experience running sales forecasting processes and supporting revenue planning

  • Ability to balance tactical analytics requests with strategic forecasting needs

  • Strong communicator; able to present insights to senior leaders with clarity and confidence

  • Comfort in fast-paced, cross-functional environments where priorities shift

  • Analytical translator: Can take raw data and turn it into business decisions

  • Forecasting rigor: Delivers reliable pipeline visibility and identifies risks early

  • Cross-functional partner: Works seamlessly with Sales, Finance, and Marketing leaders

  • Scalable mindset: Builds processes and reporting that can grow with the business
