The Impact of a Revenue Enablement System Administrator (HighSpot) at Coupa:

Coupa is seeking a Highspot Administrator with emphasis on digital tool development and management. The ideal candidate will have experience with sales-focused SaaS productivity tools like Highspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others.

The candidate will become the primary administrator for our revenue enablement content and training tool, Highspot, and sit within the Global Revenue Enablement team, which is part of Coupa’s Global Education & Enablement team.

The Highspot administrator will need to work collaboratively with stakeholders around the business at all levels. The administrator will also need to be comfortable analyzing data and reporting out to leaders within the different groups Highspot currently supports.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize the Highspot platform to enable field teams in accessing, organizing, and sharing content efficiently.
  • Collaborate with revenue enablement leads to customize Highspot in line with revenue strategies and business goals.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain content such as presentations, collateral, and playbooks within the platform.
  • Train field teams on Highspot usage to boost productivity and drive better revenue results.
  • Analyze platform data to measure content effectiveness, track engagement, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the main contact for Highspot support, and work with marketing, product, and customer teams to ensure system alignment and integration.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • 4+ years’ experience in field revenue enablement or similar roles, focusing on revenue enablement platforms like Highspot.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent mix of education and relevant work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Highspot administration, including development, governance, analytics, training, and deployment of plays and global lists.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and MEDDPICC qualification or similar frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable training and supporting field teams and senior leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and highly organized in content management.

The estimated pay range for this role is $64,515 - $105,000

The starting salary for the successful candidate will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
