We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our revenue teams by managing sales content, developing enablement resources, and driving adoption of key tools and processes. You will oversee the full content lifecycle—from creation and promotion to governance and performance analysis—ensuring that all resources are accurate, impactful, and aligned with business goals. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across product marketing, sales operations, customer success, and sales engineering to deliver timely, relevant content and training that empowers our revenue teams to succeed. Ideal candidates will bring strong enablement experience, a background in SaaS or cybersecurity, and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration and program ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a positive impact to revenue teams through effective management of sales content and materials as well as creating enablement programs on key software tools
  • Manage the full lifecycle of revenue content, such as slides/presentations, data sheets, guides, and papers.  This includes the planning and preparation of introducing new content, promotion of in-market content, and the archiving or updating of out-of-date content
  • Ownership of a content governance model in partnership with enablement, product marketing, marketing
  • Create live sessions and eLearning courses to enable revenue teams on how to best operationalize and use the various software tools in the ExtraHop revenue team tech stack
  • Document and enable revenue teams on core processes related to sales tools and sales motions
  • Collaborate with other enablement team members on priorities, best practices, and aligning activities
  • Collaborate with other subject matter experts in other departments, such as product marketing, sales operations, sales engineering, and customer success
  • Analyze performance of content to provide metrics-based feedback that drives improved decision-making


Required Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of experience in enablement, marketing, or operations with direct interaction with revenue teams
  • Three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity or software (SaaS) business
  • Experience with enablement content management solutions and sales learning management solutions such as HighSpot, Showpad, Seismic, SalesHood, Mindtickle


Preferred Qualifications

  • Lead enablement content management programs, administration, and integration into salesforce
  • Experience in building reports and spreadsheets that provide actionable insight
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger, RAIN Group, Sandler
  • Experience in instructional design for sales


Skills and Competencies

  • Creativity in problem solving, planning,  design
  • Establishing rapport with other teams to achieve shared goals and positive business outcomes
  • Effective communication on problems, solutions, status, and analysis of information (data, surveys, interviews)
  • Sales Content management training or certification
  • Salesforce experience
  • Expert in Microsoft or Google office Suites


The base salary for this position is between $95,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus
