As a Revenue Enablement Contractor, you’ll be at the heart of our revenue team, driving productivity and efficiency. You’ll create powerful business reports, manage enablement initiatives, and develop resources that make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze the impact of our onboarding and Go-To-Market enablement programs, turning insights into action.
Enhance key enablement tools by developing enablement resources, refining workflows, and ensuring sales teams have the information they need—when they need it.
Collaborate across teams to optimize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Business Impact Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to measure the success of onboarding, enablement, and GTM initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on sales effectiveness, pipeline efficiency, and enablement impact.
- Enablement Calendar & Program Management
- Manage the enablement calendar to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, training, and GTM initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps) to co-create enablement initiatives with business objectives that deliver business results.
- Track engagement and participation metrics for enablement programs.
- Content & Resource Development
- Develop enablement materials such as training decks, sales plays, playbooks, and best practice resources.
- Maintain and optimize an enablement content repository for easy access and usability.
- Work with SMEs and leadership to create targeted resources that enhance sales productivity.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Highspot, Clari) and understanding key sales performance metrics.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Notion, etc.).
