Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Revenue Enablement AI Learning Manager to drive the development, adoption and impact of a just-in-time AI enablement platform for our Sales and Success teams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI/Rovo capabilities and practical, everyday usage by sales, technical sales, partner sales, and customer success roles. You will design and execute enablement programs that empower teams to confidently use our AI/Rovo enablement platform to increase productivity, personalize engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role is critical to ensuring Sales and Success teams understand not only what our AI/Rovo enablement platform can do, but how and when to use our learning agents effectively in customer engagements, discovery, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
AI-driven Enablement Strategy & Execution

  • Serve as the go-to expert for AI/Rovo enablement platform (e.g., conversational AI, generative prompts, deal insights).
  • Translate complex AI/Rovo functionality into practical workflows, best practices, and use cases by role and segment.

Training & Content Development
  • Develop engaging and scalable enablement experiences-live, asynchronous, and microlearning formats-to up-skill teams on our AI/Rovo enablement platform and prompting.
  • Partner with instructional designers, field enablement, and product/AI teams to create tailored playbooks, use case libraries, and prompt guides.
  • Drive ongoing education on emerging AI/Rovo capabilities, usage, and evolving best practices.

Adoption, Measurement & Optimization
  • Track adoption rates, usage patterns, and effectiveness of AI/Rovo enablement platform across sales and success.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight AI-driven enablement impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Collect feedback from the field and iterate enablement programs to increase engagement and time-to-value.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, IT, and RevOps to align on rollouts, change management, and communication strategies.
  • Participate in product advisory groups and influence AI/Rovo roadmap development based on field insights and enablement needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in enablement, field enablement, knowledge management, or related roles in revenue-facing organizations.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and value-based selling.
  • Demonstrated experience driving adoption of new technologies or tools, ideally including AI platforms.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify topics for broad audiences.
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms, learning management systems, and AI tools (e.g., Rovo, Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact and iterating based on insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in high-growth technology environment.
  • Exposure to MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
