What You’ll Do

Want to learn how revenue actually moves through a company — not just how it’s sold, but how it’s booked, billed, and trusted? We’re looking for a Revenue Data Integrity Associate to help keep our revenue data clean, accurate, and ready to scale. In this role you’ll work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to review closed deals, ensure Salesforce data is complete and correct, and help prevent small issues from becoming big problems downstream.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role with real visibility into how deals flow from close to invoice. You’ll develop a deep understanding of revenue operations, data quality, and cross-functional processes — and you’ll play a meaningful role in improving how the business runs every day.

If you’re organized, curious, and take pride in getting things right, this role offers an excellent foundation for a career in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Systems.

Responsibilities
  • Define and monitor “critical fields” and data standards across core objects
  • Build dashboards and audits for completeness, consistency, duplicates, and trend analysis
  • Manage duplicate strategy (rules, merging approach, governance)
  • Perform strategic data enrichment activities to build account intelligence
  • Support key data migration efforts from current & future acquisitions
  • Partner with systems team on targeted validation rules, layouts, and permission hygiene
  • Run monthly “defect review” and root-cause action planning
  • Maintain a controls catalog and change management process
  • Perform Revenue Readiness checks for closed-won deals (terms, dates, SKUs, pricing, billing info)
  • Coordinate corrections with Sales, Deal Desk, and RevOps (fast turnaround)
  • Maintain readiness checklist and continuously improve it based on failure patterns
  • Track and report defect trends; recommend training and controls
  • Create “clean close” enablement assets and feedback loops to sellers/managers
  • Maintain documentation and change control process
  • Support reporting fixes and object hygiene initiatives

Investing in our people is one of our top priorities, and we value candidates who can bring their diversified experiences to our teams. Here are some qualities we’ve found compatible with our team. We'd love to talk about whether this aligns with your experience and interests and what you’re excited to work on next.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Deal Desk/Order Management/GTM Systems
  • Process-minded; can translate operational pain into system controls
  • Highly detail-oriented; comfortable pushing back diplomatically
  • Excellent stakeholder communication; calm and firm in governance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Salesforce reporting literacy; comfortable with data audits and reconciliation
  • Salesforce admin experience/certification is a plus
  • Has built/owned data quality metrics before
  • Has experience with order-to-cash or quote-to-cash handoffs
  • Has worked closely with Finance/RevRec/AP/AR

Wondering if you’re a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring diverse experiences — even if you’re not a perfect match on every requirement. If some of the below describes you, we’d love to talk:

  • You’re highly detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right
  • You enjoy organizing information, spotting inconsistencies, and asking thoughtful questions
  • You’re curious about how businesses operate behind the scenes, especially how sales, finance, and systems work together
  • You enjoy eliminating repeat defects (not just fixing tickets)

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

What We Offer

The range we’ve posted represents the typical compensation range for this role. To determine actual compensation, we review the market rate for each candidate which can include a variety of factors. These include qualifications, experience, interview performance, and location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
