At DaVita, we’re building an end-to-end kidney platform that connects care for individuals at every stage along their health journey—from earlier diagnosis and prevention, through supporting the transplant process, to ensuring patients are supported at home, in our centers, and in the hospital.

Our digital product team is critical to enabling DaVita’s kidney care platform, and our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) product team is growing! We have an opportunity for a Revenue Cycle Product Manager. Your primary goal is to drive product outcomes through activities such as defining the product strategy, OKR creation and measurement, and prioritization of use cases.

We are looking for someone who has healthcare revenue cycle experience, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems to identify and deliver value to our users and IKC business.

The Role

In this Product Manager role, you will be responsible for discovery and delivery of valuable digital products for our DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) Revenue Cycle product portfolio.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Revenue Cycle product portfolio
  • Drive product OKRs across a product platform or a product focus area
  • Define the Revenue Cycle product roadmap and prioritize work that advances the product strategy and vision
  • Expert in product focus area with a deep understanding of both business outcomes and product outcomes
  • Accountable for defining and meeting product outcomes that drive business value
  • Writes requirements and user stories that allow teams to design, test, and deliver product solutions
  • Collaborate closely with key partners to understand business objectives and communicate updates on product initiatives
  • Manage technology vendors to maintain alignment on objectives and needs to enable high-quality products
  • Partners closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product meets all legal and compliance requirements

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willing and able to travel up to 25%
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management as a product manager; healthcare highly preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level and above stakeholders
  • Experience building high complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areas
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challenges
  • Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in value-based care or population health
  • Experience with Oracle Cerner and/or NextGen

Salary/ Wage Range

$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
