About the Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Coding Associate to support our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team as we grow in combining coding expertise and execution of RCM tasks across the patient lifecycle. This is a fully remote role within the US. The successful candidate will bring a mix of experience, flexibility, and customer service orientation. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Perform accurate medical coding for telehealth visits with Allara’s medical providers and registered dietitians 
  • Review and analyze coding patterns to identify optimization opportunities and ensure maximum reimbursement
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper documentation supports coding decisions
  • Handle billing-related patient escalations related to cost concerns, eligibility, or collections. 
  • Reconcile RCM data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of coding, billing, and reimbursement. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent credential 
  • 1+ year of professional RCM experience post-credential 

Preference May Be Given To Candidates With The Following

  • Telehealth experience
  • Full cycle RCM experience

    • Annual Salary $58,000 - $78,000 plus equity

Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to: candidate experience, education, certifications, and skill set.
