The Role

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to join the finance team at Wpromote. You will be responsible for reporting and accounting for revenue accurately. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented with a great ability to communicate and articulate revenue data both verbally and through reporting. We are looking for an enthusiastic accounting professional with the ability to think critically and work efficiently.

You Will Be

• Collaborating with departments regarding accurate revenue and invoicing data as verified in contracts
• Generating monthly invoices that include data from multiple sources and departments
• Calculating and creating summary of monthly credit card revenue
• Creating and maintaining revenue tracking spreadsheets including accruals and deferrals
• Performing monthly pass through cost reconciliations
• Measuring and document project percentage of completion for revenue recognition
• Supporting process/reporting development, improvement and implementation
• Working closely with revenue colleagues and entire finance team
• Assisting with annual audit
• Working with external accountants
• Helping with monthly closing

You Must Have

• An Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years experience in an accounting environment
• Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, data management)
• Familiarity with Quickbooks; experience with ERP systems, a plus
• Strong organization, time management and documentation skills
• Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to decipher agreements for pertinent invoicing details
• High level of integrity and ability to keep confidential information secure
• Aptitude to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
