About the Role: 

This role primarily supports a real estate professional with transaction coordination from contract to closing, CRM management, document preparation, email and administrative support, and social media scheduling. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide Transaction Coordination (TC) support from contract to closing.
  • Prepare and organize real estate documents and contracts.
  • Manage contract paperwork and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update the CRM/database, including the Buffini coaching database.
  • Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media post selections.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and other support as needed


Requirements
 
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
● Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
● Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
● Able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
● Available during assigned working hours.
● Familiarity with MLS, Command, CRM platforms, and standard real estate systems is preferred.
● Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
● Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
● Quiet and professional work environment.
● Reliable computer capable of handling multiple applications simultaneously.
