Job Title: Revenue Assurance Coordinator 

Job Summary: The Revenue Assurance Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue calculation and margin review processes within the organization. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. The Revenue Assurance Coordinator assures that all revenue calculations, revenue-related documentation, and job cost margins are accurate and up to date, thereby supporting the company’s financial goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lot Processing: 

Calculate and stage revenue.  

Review builder documentation for accuracy.  

Assign Processing Status to release lots to the Billing department or identify the need for revised billing documentation. 

Collaborate with the builder and/or ILG Sales Team to obtain revised billing documentation. 

Review the job cost margin to ensure trades are coming in within the expected tolerances set by the division.  

Submit and process billing corrections or handle billing issues, including reviewing and revising lots rejected by the Billing team. 

Price Change Coordination: 

Coordinate with Contracts Administration and Sales to obtain revised pricing. 

Audit processed lots affected by price changes. 

Update revenue in SAP accordingly. 

Request revised POs from builder. 

Lot Cost Sheets and Models: 

Create lot cost sheets for required builders upon lot selection finalization. 

Prepare prebills, stage revenue, and assign WBS processing status for models. 

Process lot revenue revisions as models are modified.  

Builder Communication: 

Submit documentation issues to the builder through online portals or Excel spreadsheets. 

Follow up with builders to resolve questions and errors 

Escalate problematic lots to Sales when necessary. 

Revenue and Margin Analysis maintenance: 

Perform documentation and gross margin analysis one week prior to the first installation date to ensure no changes have occurred. 

Release lots to the automated billing process, confirming and setting correct system statuses. 

General Support: 

Submit data to management to support daily/weekly/monthly reporting. 

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the overall revenue operations. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. 

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a revenue calculation or related role. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills. 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with revenue management, billing processes, or related fields is preferred. 

  • Experience in the homebuilding or construction industry. 

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools. 

Work Environment: 

  • This is a remote position with occasional in-office time, as required. 

Pay range: $24-$26 per hour
