This role supports and improves photomask manufacturing processes in Boise. You'll focus on monitoring process health, solving yield and defect issues, and partnering closely with equipment and manufacturing teams. It's a great opportunity to build deep process knowledge while owning problems that matter to production.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production data to identify process shifts, defect trends, and emerging risks
- Partner with Equipment Support to assess tool performance and critical defect metrics
- Analyze out-of-spec reticles, materials, tools, and processes to determine root cause
- Drive data-based disposition decisions to prevent defect recurrence
- Communicate and follow up on BEOL issues to improve yield and cycle time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of manufacturing statistics and statistical process control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and night
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting manufacturing or sustaining engineering environments
- Comfort working across all reticle manufacturing processes and tools
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools
