- Support the Retail Operations team in building and maintaining a programming calendar aligned with key sporting events and on-site activations.
- Act as the retail location expert, using targeted promotions and on-site customer engagement tactics to drive channel growth.
- Oversee creative brief submissions, retail event logistics, and vendor management, ensuring flawless campaign execution and tracking performance.
- Partner with Analytics to inform promo mechanics and bonus offers using customer and betting data.
- Collaborate with marketing, social, and brand teams to grow retail awareness using targeted social promotions, localized campaigns, and on-site customer engagement tactics.
- Maintain strong relationships with Compliance and Responsible Gaming teams to meet all regulatory standards before launch.
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years managing marketing campaigns, ideally within the gaming, hospitality, or sports entertainment industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong customer-first perspective with an understanding of the motivations and behaviors of sports betting audiences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data and performance metrics, using insights to influence future campaign planning and execution.
