About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and charismatic retail sales rep to join our team and play a pivotal role in engaging and closing sales leads. This is an opportunity to help us launch and grow a cutting-edge e-commerce AI company while mastering the art of conversational sales and relationship building. You’ll play a key role in re-engaging customers, driving sales conversions, and helping our eCommerce brands recover lost revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to kick start their career in sales.
This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements:

- Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
- Work closely with our leadership team to adopt our merchant’s brand voice and understand their products and operations
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
- Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements
- Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information we’re sharing across teams is up to date and accurate
- Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury or high-touch environments.
- While this is an early-career role, familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, or previous retail experience is a plus.
- Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, demonstrating a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about products, industry, and customer needs.
- Proven ability to thrive in team-based environments and collaborate effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset.
- Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
