Summary

In this role, you’ll be a key player on our operations team, working closely with our retail customers, Sales, Field Operations, Supply Chain Manager, and Vendor Partners. Your mission? Build strong relationships across these groups, keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, and jump in to solve problems—whether it’s coordinating installations, refreshing in-store displays, or troubleshooting unexpected technical hiccups.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full support and operations process for your group of retailers
  • Lead the planning and execution for new retailer rollouts
  • Build relationships that help us solve challenges at scale—your voice will be key in getting things done
  • Visit retailers and conduct consultative store walks, either solo or alongside the sales team
  • Oversee the display network and manage replacements in your region
  • Work hands-on with partners like retail teams, IT, and contractors to keep our display network in top shape
  • Manage the resolution of display issues by:
    • Troubleshooting basic tech problems
    • Making sure our field teams have the gear and inventory they need
    • Personally visiting stores when things can’t be handled remotely
    • Escalating hardware and software issues to engineering, and staying looped in until they’re resolved
  • Deliver top-notch customer support—always aiming to make our retail partners feel supported and confident
  • Keep our processes up to date and find ways to make them even better
  • Be a critical part of the growth and evolution of our Operations team
  • Build and optimize route plans for store visits using Google Maps (or similar tools) to maximize efficiency for yourself and field teams
  • Travel 1- 2x a quarter to retailer sites

Qualifications
  • Experience in an operations or account support role
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues over the phone
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for keeping things organized
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment
  • Bonus points if you have experience with CPG or broker services
Compensation

As a part of our commitment to transparency, we use a market-based formula that provides consistency across roles & experience levels and publish all of our compensation data internally for our team. We’re open to a range of experience levels for this position. Here are the annual salaries for each level:

  • Retail Operations Manager II: $88,000
  • Retail Operations Manager III $104,000
