Retail DC Operations & Fulfillment Manager will lead, support, and optimize SKIMS operating processes in executing our retail growth strategy. Focus on continuous improvement of 3PL operational practices, SOPs, and systems, in support of this channel. Focus on streamlining daily fulfillment and replenishment operations to support our hyper-growth plans. This role will work with a broad range of cross-functional partners to advocate on behalf of retail stores and our customers.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
·      In partnership and collaboration with the Retail-Ops team, support an aggressive store launch plan domestically and internationally.
·      Develop, maintain, and communicate new/existing SOPs to standardize fulfillment, replenishment, and logistical operations between our 3PL and the stores.
·      Develop and implement internal and external processes to improve operational efficiency.
·       Review, triage, and problem solve Retail-back of house and 3PL related issues that are blockers to our rollout plan and steady state operations.
·      Support daily/weekly replenishment activities by collaborating with retail-planning teams to establish and maintain inventory levels at 3PL to.
·      Communicate and manage value-add service projects that include packaging and ticketing with our 3PL. Track and monitor costs related to VAS work.
·      Construct and manage calendar with critical milestone dates both internally and with our 3PL.
·      Lead and optimize shipping costs reviews and lead times from DC to store, including reverse logistics.
·      Develop performance metrics to measure 3PL performance.
·      Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business or equivalent.
·      A minimum of 5 years’ operations experience.
·      Experience in collaborating with 3PL providers.
·      Experience with executing store launches and daily/weekly replenishment.
·      Project management, negotiation, change management and conflict resolution skills.
·      Experience with supporting retail store hyper-growth while collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate about complex issues with senior management.
·      Excellent analytical skills.
·      Ability to make strategic recommendations based on data and best practices.
·      High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
·      20-25% domestic and international travel as needed.
