As a Resource Planning Lead, you will collaborate with teams to manage resource planning, analyze data, develop reports, and streamline operations.

What you will be doing
- Collaborate with the Growth team to gain early visibility into upcoming project needs and existing project changes, proactively informing resource planning (we call it “Casting” at Livefront!) and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the Delivery team to understand project needs, client needs, and team member needs.
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to provide insights that inform current and future priorities for the recruiting and hiring teams.
- Establish and maintain an inventory of team skillsets, strengths, and profiles to ensure there is a full picture available when making casting decisions.
- Lead and facilitate regular Casting meetings, helping our leaders effectively match Livefronter’s skills and availability to project requirements.
- Support planning and coordinating for internal projects and bench time.
- Interface with CRM data (specifically Hubspot) to extract relevant information and build custom reports to support resource planning and forecasting.
- Establish and maintain projects within Harvest, ensuring accurate assignment of resources and supporting timely time sheet completion and review
- Design, develop, and maintain various reports and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets to provide actionable insights.
- Proactively analyze casting data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Demonstrate strong project management acumen in organizing resources, anticipating potential challenges, and ensuring efficient allocation across projects.
- Remain adaptable and adjust resource plans in response to evolving project needs and new information, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Perform data cleanup, data organization, and data audits within Harvest, Hubspot, and other Livefront tools.

What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in resource management, project coordination, or a similar operational role within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Looker), spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets), or similar platforms.
- An understanding of and appreciation for ambiguity and fluidity.
