About the Role:

The Resource Manager of Site Management is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and developing the individual growth of their assigned Site Managers while ensuring the achievement of all project metrics including safety, quality, schedule, documentation, and customer satisfaction, as it is related to the On-Site Phase.

  • Assist with project assignments, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting future Site Managers regularly.
  • Assist with the continued development and improving essential functions of our Site Management team.
  • Utilize site visits for mobilization, turn-around coverage (as needed), at risk projects to support in ensuring its success, beneficial use/system complete and Go-Live.
  • While on-site, utilize that time to also work with our Site Managers ensuring compliance with DCS procedures/policies, Safety requirements and all project reporting.
  • Schedule your team of Site Managers project mobilization, Site Management PTO/Turn-around site coverage, project support and challenges.

In this role, you will…

  • Be responsible for the development, training, and growth of your assigned Site Managers.
  • Lead a team of assigned Site Managers to ensure that the DCS culture is upheld both internally and externally with sub-contractors and customer interface.
  • Lead a team of assigned Site Managers to maintain quality of service, by developing and overseeing effective communication within their assigned team and their project teams.
  • Oversee and ensure the completion of your teams project documentation that is not limited to: Safety Documentation through our 3rd party software program (AM/PM walks, Toolbox Talks, Near Miss Reports, Injury Reporting etc.), all Procore updates (Daily Site Reporting, RFI logs, Red-lines, Punch-Listing/Observations etc.), and inventory management tools etc.
  • Hold weekly one on one meetings with their assigned Site Managers to review individual development plans, personal growth, and work through site challenges as their escalation point.
  • Review and approve all timesheets and expense reports within the given deadline.
  • Lead a team of assigned Site Managers towards continuous improvement within our DCS safety and quality programs.
  • Have transparent communication with your supervisor and leadership team with project or interpersonal challenges.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor and piers for scheduling Site Manager project assignments.
  • Visit site and assist your team during mobilization, turn-around coverage, project challenges and the week of beneficial use/go-live for support.
  • Sit in on daily/weekly site calls to better forecast potential project challenges and discuss/game plan resolutions with your assigned Site Managers.
  • Work with other department leaders for escalations and collaboration efforts.
  • Complete any additional tasks given to you from your supervisor as an individual or in collaboration with your fellow RM team within the deadline given.
