RESEARCH SPECIALISTA reputable, fast-growing employee rights law firm practicing employment law is seeking to fill a full-time Research Specialist position in its Glendale office as detailed below.

Title: Research Specialist (on-site, not remote)

Location: Pasadena, CA

Hours: Full-Time / 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)

Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements: Office Work Experience; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Not Required).

Experience / Training: Prior law office experience is a plus but not required if the candidate possesses the right analytical and critical thinking skills. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Conduct internet-based research on various companies and organizations,
  •  Conduct research and analyze lawsuits,
  •  Review and analyze documents / information collected from prospective clients,
  •  Summarize important details from documents,
  •  Use analytical skills to connect important facts to one another,
  •  Other similar duties as necessary

General Skills Required: Great analytical skills; great critical thinking skills; great ability to read and

comprehend facts/text; attention to detail; good note-taking skills, professional attitude, honesty,

good written communication, dependable, ability to follow instructions, computer savvy, good typing

skills, multi-tasking.
