- Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict outcomes and optimize business processes
- Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance
- Data Exploration and Visualization: Conduct thorough data analysis and create visualizations to understand data patterns and trends
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Skills and Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced financial or similar environment
- Experience with alternative datasets
- Strong programming skills in Python or R; proficiency with Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
- Skilled in SQL and ETL pipeline design; familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Kafka)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field
