In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, designing studies, testing hypotheses, and translating data into strategies that drive better clinical decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct rigorous research studies to evaluate clinical interventions and health outcomes.
Develop hypotheses and perform statistical testing using large-scale healthcare datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving member health and care delivery.
Build and maintain analytical models using Python, SQL, and SAS.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for clinical and operational stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging trends in healthcare research, data science, and population health.
Contribute to publications, presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong background in research design, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EMR, clinical registries, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity to explore complex problems.
Passion for improving health outcomes and making a meaningful impact.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 or more years technical experience
Experience in using mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions
Experience in working with assignments that involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Experience in developing, maintaining, and collecting structured and unstructured data sets for analysis and reporting
Experience in creating reports, projections, models, and presentations to support business strategy and tactics
Ability to make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
