Conduct analytical testing of in-process, finished-product, technical service, R&D, miscellaneous, and nitrosamine samples. Perform method validation, verification, equivalency, and transfer activities using LC-MS/MS. Prepare protocols and reports, maintain laboratory compliance with cGLP, cGDP, QMS, safety, environmental, and 5S procedures, and support audits, investigations, training, and quality documentation.
Job Description Summary
To perform the analysis of in process sample, finished product samples received from technical service team and R&D samples and documentation for the same.To perform the analysis of miscellaneous samples.
To perform the analytical method validation, method verification and method equivalency and method transfer activities as per requirement.
To perform testing to Nitrosamine impurity study in NRM Product optimization by LC-MS/MS.
To prepare various documents like Protocols, Reports etc.
Conduct all the operations in Analytical Development Laboratory as in line with the established procedures.
To evaluate the requirement chemicals, column, standard.
To keep up of laboratory work area, documents and records with cleanliness, Neat and tidy.
To follow the safety ,cGLP and cGDP in work area.
To support in Audit preparation work.
To attend and complete the training activities.
To support in Laboratory investigation and QMS documents.
To ensure lab compliance during daily activities.
To take up any other work allotted by HOD/Group leader and fulfill the same.
Responsible to follow the procedures pertaining to the environmental management system.
Support in implementation of new procedures related to environmental management system.
Report any observation/non-conformance related to the environmental management system.
To perform the analytical method transfer as per requirement.
Maintain 5S and support for its improvement.
