This role sits at the intersection of data, reporting, and product documentation, ensuring stakeholders have clear, accurate, and well-structured insights.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports within the ProScore Core Portal
- Use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data sources for reporting accuracy
- Develop and customize reports and dashboards using Stimulsoft
- Document report logic, data definitions, metrics, and assumptions clearly and consistently
- Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand reporting needs
- Ensure reports are reliable, easy to interpret, and aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting clarity, performance, and usability
- Maintain version control and change logs for reports and documentation
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations)
- Hands-on experience with Stimulsoft for dashboard and report creation
- Experience producing clear technical and non-technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to translate business requirements into structured reports
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with analytics or reporting platforms beyond Stimulsoft
- Familiarity with KPI definition and metric standardization
- Background in fintech, scoring systems, or data-driven products
- Experience supporting internal portals or SaaS platforms
