The Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, IT Solutions and Delivery Team is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Manager for one of our locations: Hialeah, FL, Davie, FL, Long Beach, CA, or Seattle, WA.

This role leads an analytics team to deliver reliable, scalable analytics and reporting across the product lifecycle. You will enable self-service reporting, standardize solutions, and help define the roadmap toward an enterprise analytics capability while collaborating closely with Enterprise Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, BD C&E, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and a data-first culture.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop an analytics team to deliver dashboards, standard reports, and ad hoc analyses that support business goals.

  • Partner with business users to enable self-service reporting: gather requirements, build reports, and document standards and processes.

  • Collaborate with Enterprise Data & Analytics and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate analytics from concept through product launch.

  • Engage Supply Chain and BD C&E stakeholders to validate metrics, define KPIs, prioritize needs, and drive product adoption.

  • Define team roles and responsibilities, manage priorities and backlog, and mitigate product development risk.

  • Monitor data product performance, report on key metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reporting processes and refresh cadence.

  • Support and enforce data governance, data quality, lineage, and lifecycle management practices.

  • Develop and execute project plans, policies, and operational goals; escalate risks and issues to senior leadership as needed.

  • Approve technical approaches and solutions while fostering professional growth and development for team members.

  • Translate analytic findings into clear recommendations and present them to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Reporting & Design: Applies visualization and reporting design principles to produce effective insights.

  • Systems Thinking: Understands interactions across supply chain systems and anticipates impacts of changes.

  • Supply Chain Systems & Processes: Familiarity with procurement and supply chain workflows; experience with SAP S/4 is a plus.

  • Process Management: Document and optimize processes, organizes work, and identifies opportunities for integration and simplification.

  • Data Enrichment & Governance: Drives data quality, enrichment, lifecycle management, and compliance with governance practices.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8 or more years of related work experience.

  • 5 years or more of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or supply chain roles (internships/co-ops count) or equivalent experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.

  • Proficiency with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, OAS, SAC) and SQL or similar query languages.

  • Working knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to stakeholders.

  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically 10–20% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Master’s degree or advanced coursework in analytics, data science, or supply chain.

  • Experience building and leading technical teams in data, digital, or analytics.

  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver results through strong execution.

  • Experience implementing digital thread concepts or product development analytics in industrial domains.

  • Strong capability to bridge business and technical domains and influence across organizational levels.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $111,000.00 - $169,000.00
