The Renewals Specialist manages client accounts in a SaaS environment, overseeing renewal processes, maintaining data, and ensuring customer success through strategic communication and collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Has acumen and potential to manage a portfolio of clients in a SaaS or tech environment, servicing customers through strategic calls and engagements.
- Serves as a single point of contact for renewals engagements for assigned SMB or Midmarket accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining account-specific insights and renewals data, to inform forecasting with the highest possible accuracy.
- Takes ownership and is responsible for the renewal process to ensure completion before or by the contract due date.
- Has experience in creating and executing successful action plans to meet our customers' goals and/or resolve issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams until an issue is resolved and communicated to customers. Able to build trust, transparency and loyalty with customer contacts to ensure customer success.
- Enjoy learning new things on your own and can quickly adapt to change and new environments
- Provides input to Sales Executives, TSR/TISR, and Software Solution Architect (where appropriate) to inform renewals and sales strategy.
- Able to translate technical issues and/or processes to help your clients understand
- Has strong communication skills using virtual collaboration tools, and enjoys presenting and speaking to new people. Your style is concise yet empathetic, focused on listening and learning from your clients.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.

What we offer: - Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $60,750. - 67,500. which includes a base salary of $45,000. - 50,000. and 100% on-target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 35% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
- This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
