A growing organization in the Atlanta metro area is seeking a Renewal Specialist to support our administrative, finance, and sales operations. This position plays a key role in managing service and vendor renewals, tracking client quotes, and ensuring an accurate and timely renewal process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build positive working relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all vendor and service renewals for assigned clients
- Track, update, and maintain accurate records in internal CRM/PSA systems
- Document warranty renewal expiration dates and configuration details
- Monitor and track quotes for clients
- Oversee the renewal process from initiation to completion
- Work closely with manufacturers and distributors to prepare renewal proposals
- Provide quarterly renewal projections
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, software, and services related to renewals
- Support account managers by preparing quotes, coordinating with purchasing, gathering information, and completing additional tasks as needed
- Assist team members during high-volume periods as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Operations, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience with client renewals and/or client quoting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive, self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined work style
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Aptitude for learning technology products and services
