As a Remote Workforce Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning to ensure teams operate efficiently and projects are staffed appropriately.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate team schedules and staffing needs
  • Track workforce availability and project assignments
  • Maintain accurate records of hours, leave, and allocations
  • Communicate with managers and team members regarding staffing updates
  • Assist in workforce planning and optimization initiatives

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in workforce coordination, operations, or scheduling
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and scheduling software
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
