As a Remote Workforce Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning to ensure teams operate efficiently and projects are staffed appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team schedules and staffing needs
- Track workforce availability and project assignments
- Maintain accurate records of hours, leave, and allocations
- Communicate with managers and team members regarding staffing updates
- Assist in workforce planning and optimization initiatives
What You Bring to the Role:
- 1–3 years of experience in workforce coordination, operations, or scheduling
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and scheduling software
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
