Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Remote Virtual Assistant – Data Entry Specialist to provide day-to-day support across administrative coordination, digital record management, and structured data handling. This role is designed for someone who can manage recurring support tasks efficiently, maintain well-organized records, and help ensure that internal information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.
The position blends virtual assistant responsibilities with data-entry support, making it a strong fit for candidates who are comfortable balancing administrative follow-up, document handling, spreadsheet work, and routine online coordination in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update spreadsheets, internal records, and administrative trackers
Support day-to-day coordination by organizing files, documents, and task-related information
Enter and verify data across forms, reports, and digital systems with accuracy
Assist with inbox-related support, follow-ups, and general administrative requests as needed
Prepare and organize information for internal reporting, documentation, and recordkeeping
Help ensure that operational information is current, complete, and properly maintained
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and a consistent, organized working style
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and online collaboration tools
Ability to manage routine administrative tasks independently and meet deadlines
Good written communication and professional follow-through
Previous experience in virtual assistance, data entry, administrative support, or remote operations support is preferred
Compensation
USD $12 to $25 per hour
Part-Time | Approx. 20–30 hours per week
