Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments for patients and providers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support during sessions
  • Communicate with patients regarding preparation and follow-up
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of telehealth encounters and patient interactions

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, telehealth, or administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and telehealth platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
