Everything To Gain is seeking a talented Remote Senior Recruiter with CRM Experience to join our growing team. This fully remote position provides the flexibility to work from anywhere while you focus on sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent for our organization. As a Senior Recruiter, you will leverage your extensive experience and CRM expertise to drive recruitment strategies and manage candidate relationships effectively.

In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, guide the recruitment process, and ensure a seamless experience for all candidates. A high level of English proficiency (C1) is required for effective communication with international candidates. Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on remote recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems to manage talent pipelines and candidate interactions.
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level required), both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience conducting thorough interviews and evaluations to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and candidate assessment methodologies.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and adept at thriving in a fully remote work environment.
